Pico Propane and Fuels is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to process customer payments, keep accurate account records, and assist with outstanding balances. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies, requiring strong organization and customer service skills.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality of financial information in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Accounting Coordinator to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets; update as needed.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on balances.
• Process and apply customer payments; maintain payment records.
• Assist with billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers regarding balances and payment status.
