• Applies customer payments in accounting system in a timely manner to maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Collection calls and follow-up.
• Research and resolve customer account discrepancies.
• Reconciles deductions for short, damaged, pricing and other claims.
• Reviews and maintains customer aging spreadsheet.
• Maintains and monitors customer credits.
• Provides customer service to Customers, Brokers and Sales.
• Communicates with Manager on any problem accounts.
