Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle all accounts receivable related functions.
• Identify and pursue outstanding debts for assigned accounts.
• Plan course of action to recover payments; negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Heavy phone activity with customers; contacting debtors regarding payment status.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status and database regularly.
• Alert supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts; escalate per policy.
