Qualifications

• Two years B to B collections experience required.
• AA degree or equivalent or 2–5 years related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop cooperative working relationships.
• Highly detail oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Extremely organized; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review daily aging reports to identify delinquent accounts.
• Perform collections on assigned receivables; contact customers by letter, email, or phone.
• Arrange payment plans for customers with balances due.
• Apply payments and reconcile accounts; perform credit refunds as needed.
• Release credit holds within authority; may perform notary functions if licensed.
• Back up receptionist duties and greet visitors; notify internal staff.
• Enroll customers in CRM and transaction management software; answer calls and assist customers.
