Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a full-time collections professional in St. Louis, MO. You will own corporate collections, communicate clearly with clients, and work with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

The role emphasizes client service, accuracy, and collaboration, with a standard 8am–5pm schedule, Monday–Friday, and comprehensive benefits. Prior related experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with at least one year related experience.
• Business school or college degree with emphasis on business, accounting, and computer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of corporate customer collections.
• Meet quality and productivity metrics and collaborate with teams.
• Credit review for new or potential clients.
• Collect overdue accounts and past due invoices.
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally.
• Research discrepancies and resolve billing issues with sales and project management.
