Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Finance Manager (Individual Contributor) in the St. Louis area to partner with senior leadership and drive financial performance.

You will own end-to-end FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization, while providing strategic insights across reporting and operations. The role emphasizes collections improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to GAAP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Experience in a client services or laboratory environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
• Familiarity with accounting software (Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains) and ERP systems.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement preparation.
• Collections expertise to improve cash flow and manage billing cycles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end financial performance analysis and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements reviews and KPI reporting.
• Perform variance analysis across volume, mix, and margin; propose corrective actions.
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads; build financial models.
