Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative in Henderson, KY. You will handle all accounts receivable activities, monitor assigned accounts for delinquencies, and plan collection actions with customers.

Heavy phone activity, contact debtors, negotiate payment terms, and resolve discrepancies while keeping systems updated. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in collections, strong MS Office skills, and experience with SAP or AS400.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally to meet targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable functions and track assigned accounts.
• Identify outstanding debts and plan actions to recover payments.
• Maintain phone contact with customers, negotiate payoff deadlines or plans.
• Investigate discrepancies and update account status regularly.
• Escalate to supervisors when payment is unlikely and document actions.
