Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Up to five (5) years of AR experience with cash applications, reconciliations, and aging processes.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process cash applications (EFT, Lockbox, Credit Cards, Checks, Wires) with accurate records.
• Record and reconcile credit card payments; generate payment links for timely收 payment.
• Act as primary responder for AR-related calls.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Manage collections by reviewing aging reports and following up on balances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare adjustments, reconciliations, statements, and reports.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and AR processes.
