RunBuggy OMI Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the invoice-to-cash cycle, from billing to collection and reconciliation. You will manage complex accounts, resolve disputes, and support a fast-paced month-end close with the Accounting Manager.

The role requires accuracy, persistence, and comfort working with customers and cross-functional teams; hybrid office schedule 2–3 days per week in Tempe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience.
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (NetSuite/QuickBooks/Sage Intacct).
• Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, automotive, or high-volume B2B marketplace a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and send accurate customer invoices and correct errors.
• Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check, card) and match to open invoices.
• Issue credit memos and adjustments with proper approval and documentation.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances.
