Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, a leading national provider of technical and construction services for electric infrastructure, seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage the full billing cycle in our Houston office. You will prepare Time & Material and Fixed Price invoices, collect supporting docs, and apply cash receipts while coordinating with project managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable experience, with ability to handle Fixed Price and Time & Material billings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Effective written and verbal communication with project managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer billings on mid-month and monthly cycles, coordinating with PMs and internal teams.
• Collect supporting documentation for Time & Material and Fixed Price billings.
• Generate and distribute invoices; follow up on receipt and acceptance.
• Monitor receivables and notify PMs of unpaid or disputed invoices.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and maintain records.
• Assist with month-end close activities and billing guidance as needed.
