Ideal candidates have a degree in Accounting or business, experience in corporate AR/collections, and strong Excel skills to generate charts, pivots, and data insights for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business-related field required.
• Hands-on experience in a corporate environment, preferably in collections or AR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reducing and cleaning up the backlog of Accounts Receivable invoices to improve cash flow and reporting accuracy.
• Follow up with escalated customer accounts to secure payment of past-due balances in a professional manner.
• Process and print copies of invoices for a portfolio of customers, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
