Job summary

MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts and help manage credit risk. You will work closely with sales, customer service, and finance to resolve disputes and drive timely collections.

Based in Schaumburg, IL, this role involves routine office work, occasional travel, and opportunities to improve processes using SAP or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable, O2C, and Credit & Collections.
• Experience with B2B and B2C credit management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Own day-to-day credit evaluation for your portfolio.
• Review and approve orders based on customer risk and credit terms.
• Investigate disputed accounts receivable and coordinate with sales.
• Process payments and reconcile customer accounts.
