Hörmann North America seeks a Credit Collections Specialist in Montgomery, IL to manage accounts receivable and lead collections activities. The role supports finance through accurate billing, dispute resolution, and reconciliation across satellite locations.

• SAP or other ERP experience.
• Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to resolve disputes and payment issues.
• Work independently but collaborate with various departments.

Responsabilités

• Monitor customer’s receivable accounts and perform collections activities.
• Collect past-due invoices and perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely collection of outstanding amounts owed.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate billing accounts and records.
• Resolve customer disputes and account discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism.
• Reconcile customer statements, research issues, and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Maintain documentation files for customer activities.
• Review new and existing customers account Master Data ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance collection processes.
• Review accuracy of incoming payments and communicate with customers to resolve posting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on processing refunds, resolving inconsistencies, and discrepancies in customer accounts.
