Fletcher Jones Management West is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a centralized Regional Business Office team. The role focuses on processing payments, ensuring accuracy, and reducing receivables while maintaining thorough records. You will support collections and reconciliation tasks across Body Shop, Service, Parts, and Finance.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits, with emphasis on teamwork and process improvement within a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership business office strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature.

Responsibilities

• Post to accounting all monies from Body Shop, Service, Parts, and Finance.
• Follow up on extended warranty payments, (re)submits claim when necessary.
• Submits past due accounts to collection agency or attorney, as required.
• Reconciles, bills, statements to receivable customers.
• Identifies and investigates discrepancies.
• Processes violations from Toll Road and Police agencies as necessary.
