Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including data entry and reporting.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via email and customer portals regarding payment status of past due invoices (B2B collections).
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies (deduction management).
• Apply cash receipts in SAP.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports using SAP and Excel.
• Obtain shipping documents and proofs of delivery from carriers as needed.
