Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Irving, TX, to support accurate financial processing and reporting. You will utilize accounting software to record, analyze, and reconcile data, ensuring timely invoice handling and discrepancy resolution.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR within a freight forwarding/3PL setting, with strong Excel skills and attention to accuracy. This is a full-time on-site position supporting our client service teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a Freight Forwarding / 3PL environment.
• Industry-related degree and/or certification.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Record, store, and analyze financial information using accounting software.
• Debit, credit, and balance accounts; process invoices and reconcile records.
• Prepare financial reports and tables for cash receipts, expenditures, and profits/losses.
• Communicate with supervisors and team to resolve discrepancies.
