BrainWorks is seeking an AR Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) to own billing and cash applications in a fully remote role. The position offers a $28-$30/hour DOE with potential conversion to a permanent role.

You will manage high-volume AR tasks, including weekly invoice processing and collections, in a fast-paced healthcare or equivalent setting. Prior NetSuite experience is required, along with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive AR experience.
• 1+ year NetSuite experience.
• 1+ year remote, high-volume environment.
• Healthcare or complex software/tech experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of billing and cash application for assigned areas.
• Process a high volume of weekly invoices with proper GL coding and cash receipts.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices for collections.

AR Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Fully Remote

We’re working with a growing company in the healthcare industry that is looking to bring on an AR Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) to assist through a period of transition involving a system conversion and accounting clean-up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in a NetSuite environment who enjoys ownership of their assigned AR functions, specifically Billing & Cash Applications, and working in a fast pace, high volume position. There is potential for this position to convert to a permanent role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ownership of the billing & cash application process for assigned areas
• Processing a high volume of weekly invoices for proper GL coding and cash receipts
• Other AR duties as necessary, including following up on outstanding invoices for collections

Must Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive AR experience
• 1+ year of direct, recent experience using NetSuite
• 1+ years of recent experience working in a fully remote, high volume environment
• Experience in the healthcare provider or services industry (highly preferred), or within a complex software/technology environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
