Job summary

Gosnaphop is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a direct hire, on-site position in San Antonio, TX. You will handle invoicing, cash applications, and collections while supporting month-end close and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years AR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; SAP experience is highly preferred.

Accounts Receivable Specialist - Direct Hire - $20-25/hr - Fully On-site

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a direct hire role here in San Antonio. Our client is located in the northside of the downtown area of San Antonio and they are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to help with invoicing, collections, cash application, cross-functional support, and month and year end close.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables):

• 3–4 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
• Self-starter who is motivated and takes initiative
• Strong ability to multitask and shift between priorities throughout the day
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing, personable approach
• SAP and manufacturing experience strongly preferred
