Job summary

Carlton Staffing in Northwest Houston is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. You will manage customer billing and payments, monitor receivables, and assist with collections while maintaining accurate account records and reporting.

The ideal candidate has experience with invoicing, AR aging, and ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle, plus strong attention to detail and communication skills. This is a direct-hire role offering competitive salary and benefits.

A growing company in the Northwest Houston area is currently hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team! This position will manage customer billing and payments, monitor receivables, assist with collections, and help maintain accurate account records and reporting.

** Salary:** $60,000–$65,000, including bonuses depending on experience
** Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
