Job summary

Feit Electric, a national leader in lighting, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Pico Rivera, CA corporate team. You will resolve deductions, manage chargebacks, and collaborate with Sales to fix account discrepancies in a fast-paced AR environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or high-volume AR experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting large retail or "Big Box" customer accounts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, version 14.5 or later.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, such as Claude, to streamline reconciliation and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer deductions involving pricing, rebates, damages, shortages, and freight claims.
• Manage chargebacks and deduction disputes through customer portals, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, and followed through to resolution.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators to investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies.
• Monitor open disputes and follow up across assigned customer accounts; respond to AR inquiries promptly.
• Help maintain accurate account records and support timely reconciliation in a high-volume AR environment.
• Use AI tools to improve reconciliation, reporting, and day-to-day workflow efficiency.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What You\'ll Do:

• Research and resolve customer deductions involving pricing, rebate discounts, damages, shortages, and freight claims.
• Manage chargebacks and deduction disputes through customer portals, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, and followed through to resolution.

What You\'ll Need:

• 5+ years of accounting or high-volume accounts receivable experience in a corporate environment (required).
• Experience supporting large retail or "Big Box" customer accounts; manufacturing or distribution experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, version 14.5 or later.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, such as Claude, to streamline reconciliation, automate reporting, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic.

Additional Data:
