• Strong understanding of tenant ledgers, rent collections, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in residential or commercial Real Estate/ Property Management.
• Experience working with high-volume tenant accounts.
