Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments by cash, checks, ACH, wire, and card transactions.
• Prepare daily deposits and process card payments and refunds.
• Research payment discrepancies and customer questions; reconcile accounts.
• Process sales adjustments and returns; maintain accurate records.
• Run monthly reconciliations and collaborate with Credit/Collections on outstanding matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments, including cash, checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and process credit card payments and refunds.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, customer questions, and account reconciliation issues.
• Process sales adjustments and customer returns while maintaining accurate account records.
• Run and review monthly reconciliation reports and collaborate with Credit and Collections on outstanding account matters.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts receivable experience or a recently completed associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
