Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a Middletown, OH-based manufacturing client. The role focuses on owning the AR process, billing accuracy, collections, and cash application during an ERP transition, in a collaborative, onsite accounting team.

You will gain exposure to ERP enhancements, contribute to process improvements, and cross-train across AR functions as responsibilities evolve within the department. Direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AR experience with ability to work independently.
• Experience with billing, collections, and cash application processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
