Job summary

CFS in Middletown, OH is seeking an AR Specialist to own billing, collections, and cash application as the company advances its ERP transition. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate AR records and timely invoicing.

This role offers hands-on AR experience, exposure to ERP improvements, and cross-training as processes evolve within a private manufacturing environment. Target compensation is $50,000 to $60,000 per year, on-site only, with room to grow as the ERP project

Qualifications

• Hands-on AR experience with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with billing, collections, and cash application processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.

• Process customer billing and ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.
• Manage collections and monitor customer credit limits.
• Post cash receipts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
