Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Post customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from lock box and local deposits.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Maintain records by scanning and filing invoices, debits, and credits.
• Resolve deductions and discrepancies with sales, promotions, and customers.
• Prepare monthly receivable reports and maintain accuracy.
• Keep information confidential and support accounting team.
