Job summary

Hello82 in Los Angeles is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end AR processes, including invoicing, payment matching and collections. This onsite role covers month-end close support and requires strong accuracy and GAAP awareness.

Qualifications

About the role

Position : Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location : 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ)

Work Hours : Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: invoicing, payment matching, collections
• Prepare and review AR Aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts
• Maintain and operate QuickBooks Online (QBO) AR module, ensuring data accuracy
• Support month-end/quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation
• Communicate with clients (labels/partners) regarding invoices and resolve disputes
• Collaborate with Finance/Payroll teams on cash flow reporting
• (Preferred) Manage AR processes related to logistics operations (e.g., shipment-invoice matching, logistics vendor settlement)

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on AR (Accounts Receivable) experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• AR/finance experience in the logistics industry
• Experience in entertainment/music industry or agency environment
• Experience handling multi‑country transactions (Korea/US/Germany/Mexico)

The pay range for this role is: 45,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Los Angeles)
