• Process and manage customer invoicing for outbound orders.
• Work closely with commodity managers to ensure accurate pricing and billing.
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Handle collections activities and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with credit management and account reviews.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports.
• Support the transition to a new ERP system and related process improvements.
