Role Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for managing customer invoices, posting payments, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records in the company’s financial systems. Day-to-day tasks include generating and sending invoices, monitoring aging reports, identifying overdue accounts, and performing professional debt collection activities while maintaining positive customer relationships. The specialist will reconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition. This role also supports month-end closing processes, prepares collection and cash receipt reports, and contributes to continuous improvement of billing and collection procedures.
