Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, billing, or collections preferred.
• Experience in automotive dealership, truck dealership, or multi-location is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and accounting or dealership-management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in accounting processes.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, transfers) accurately.
• Post daily cash receipts and reconcile payments with customer invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account records and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices, statements, and reports.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve billing concerns and discrepancies.
• Handle credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections with authorization.
• Support month-end close and provide audit documentation.
