Job summary

Gabrielli Truck Sales is seeking an organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the company’s accounting operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, billing, collections, or general accounting preferred.
• Experience in automotive or truck dealership, leasing company, or multi-location organization is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and dealership-management software.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, electronic transfers).
• Post daily cash receipts and reconcile payments against invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
