The AR Specialist is responsible for the timely, accurate recording and application of tenant cash receipts, and posted checks and electronic receipts to the correct tenant account and billing item (rent, CAM, recoveries, and othercharges) for an assigned portfolio of properties, working closely with Property Operations and Property Accounting.

$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
