Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative in Salt Lake City, UT. You will manage assigned accounts, pursue payments, and communicate with customers by phone to resolve balances and drive accountability.

You will negotiate payment terms, update records, and escalate issues as needed while upholding professional standards and compliance. This role emphasizes accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Ability to use confidential information professionally to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic internet use.
