Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections professional in Graham, NC to manage outstanding debts and recovery actions. You will contact customers by phone, review accounts, and collaborate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in collections, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP or AS400.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include all accounts receivable related functions, including keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts; planning course of action to recover outstanding payments; heavy phone activity with customers; locating and contacting debtors regarding payment status; negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans; handling questions or complaints; investigating and resolving discrepancies; establishing good relationships with customers; updating account status and database regularly; alerting supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts; complying with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
