RYZ Labs is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Refunds Specialist to drive end-to-end financial transactions and client support in a remote LATAM-friendly role. You will handle collections, refunds, journal entries, and high-touch support for key accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AR/finance support, proficiency with NetSuite or Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and strong Excel skills. You will help streamline workflows and maintain accurate financial records across the Elo ecosystem.

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Bookkeeping, or related finance support roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle Fusion).
• Proven experience with Salesforce (CRM/billing workflows) is required.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Address payments, invoicing, and refunds-related support tickets.
• Monitor accounts and assist with cash receipts, wires, ACH payments, and reconciliation.
• Prepare daily/monthly journal entries for Cash and A/R transactions.
• Process sales team requests, refunds, credits, rate adjustments, and other payment issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR/AP workflows and contribute to process efficiency.
• Maintain Sales Tax Exemption and refund processing in Avalara.
• Serve as a primary contact for key sellers with proactive updates on proceeds and payouts.

Ryz Labs is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Refunds Specialist to play a pivotal role in our client's daily financial and support operations. Positioned at the crossroads of finance, client experience, and workflow improvement, you will drive operational clarity and trust across our ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of core financial transactions—ranging from collections management and scale refunds to journal entries and high-touch support for key accounts. We are looking for an analytical, details-driven professional who seamlessly balances technical accuracy with clear, empathetic communication. If you are as confident navigating NetSuite spreadsheets as you are demystifying complex billing inquiries for sellers and buyers, this is the place for you.

What You Will Do

• Address Customer Experience support tickets related to payments, invoicing, and refunds.
• Monitor customer accounts and assist with the application of cash receipts, incoming Wire and ACH payments, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Preparing daily/monthly journal entries in the ERP system for Cash and A/R transactions.
• Processing Sales Team Requests, Refunds, Credits, Rate adjustments, and other one-off payment issues in Admin, NetSuite and Avalara.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance automation across key accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, contributing to process efficiency and scalability, creating and updating accounting policy memos and process flowcharts.
• Sales Tax Exemption maintenance and refund processing in Avalara.
• Serve as a point of contact for key sellers, delivering proactive updates on sales proceeds and payout schedules.

What We Are Looking For

• +3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Bookkeeping, Customer Support or related finance support roles.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle Fusion).
• Proven experience working with Salesforce (CRM/billing workflows) is required.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
