Mid-Atlantic Truck & Equipment in Easton, MD is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our corporate team. In this role, you’ll manage overdue accounts, process payments in our ERP, and generate timely invoices, while maintaining accurate customer records and addressing payment inquiries.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Easton, MD office.

Competenze

• 3+ years in customer service and managing relationships to resolve inquiries.
• 3+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
• 2+ years in cash applications ensuring accurate payments.
• High school diploma; Associate degree in accounting is a plus.
• Proven experience managing customer portals and data entry.

Mansioni

• Manage overdue accounts and pursue timely payment.
• Process customer payments in the ERP system promptly.
• Electronically deposit incoming checks and ensure funds availability.
• Generate and issue daily customer invoices with accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer records and addresses.
• Respond to inquiries with invoice copies and resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Manage daily mail and update addresses for returned mail.
• Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed.
