SERVPRO of Wright County in Monticello, MN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This full-time role handles invoicing, collections, and billing inquiries, supporting cash flow and accurate records. You will work with sales and service teams to resolve payment issues and prepare aging reports.

The position requires 3–5 years in collections, strong Excel skills, and call-center experience. Hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with benefits including health, retirement, and life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounts receivable/collections experience.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Advanced Excel skills to create and review complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to customers on time.
• Manage AR, credit and collections, including 30/60/90 past due accounts.
• Provide legal support on special collections as required.
• Respond to billing questions from customers, sales, and management promptly.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with financial reporting.
• Apply payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing and ensure policy compliance.
