Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely billing and cash flow. This full-time, hourly role requires attention to detail and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include invoicing, collections at 30/60/90 days, responding to billing questions, preparing aging reports, and supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years collection experience.
• Experience working in call center.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and ability to create and review complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and on time.
• Provide accounts receivable, credit and collections support, collection efforts on 30/60/90 past due accounts.
• Provide legal support on special collections involving travel to site or court appearance as required.
• Respond to billing questions and issues raised by customers, sales team, and management.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with financial reporting.
• Resolve billing issues and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
