Job summary

A&I Distributors in Billings, MT is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead daily AR operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate billing and collections. This on-site role collaborates with AR, Sales, and Branch Managers to maintain customer accounts and drive timely cash flow.

The position requires a strong accounting foundation, experience with credit and collections, and the ability to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AR operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise and delegate AR tasks to ensure timely processing.
• Review credit applications, tax documentation, and creditworthiness.
• Cross-train AR staff to ensure redundancy and smooth operations.
• Promote and integrate CDS and CSD systems for efficiency.
• Provide regular AR performance reports to Directors.
