Hilco Vision is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR department within the Finance Team. The role focuses on timely revenue collection, accuracy, and strong cross‑department collaboration in a hybrid setup near Mansfield, MA. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–5 years of AR supervision, with solid knowledge of controls, SOPs, and process improvements. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory AR experience.
• Strong understanding of AR best practices and internal controls.
• Excellent oral and written communication; collaboration focus.
• Experience in systems improvements and automation.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable team and foster cross‑department collaboration (Sales, Customer Service).
• Establish goals, metrics, and accountability for AR performance.
• Manage credit evaluations, collections, disputes, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare AR reporting and support month/quarter/year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls and drive process improvements.
