Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, finance operations, or call center environments.
• Previous people management experience.
• Experience managing Fortune 3000 level customers.
• Excel proficiency for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR call center operations and resolve invoice disputes.
• Maintain AR aging within agreed parameters.
• Manage AR Specialists performance and training.
• Review client accounts for collectability and risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and General Accounting as needed.
• Lead special AR projects for senior management.
