Job summary

Meyer Corporation, a leading cookware company headquartered in Vallejo, California, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR, credit, and collections. This hands-on leadership role reports to the VP of Finance and supervises a team of about six.

You will reconcile balance sheet accounts, work with our factoring partner and HighRadius, and drive automation improvements across the department. The role requires a strong accounting background, 5+ years AR experience with people

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• 5+ years progressive AR experience with 2+ years leading people.
• Experience with chargebacks/deductions for major national retailers.
• Experience with AR automation platforms like HighRadius or peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, credit, and collections teams and manage KPIs.
• Own AR month-end close and reconciliations from HighRadius to GL.
• Collaborate with Sales on trade allowances and NetSuite iTPM.
• Oversee billing accuracy and cash application.
• Represent receivables in audits and maintain SOPs.
