Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including 2+ years managing people.
• Hands‑on chargeback/deduction management with major retailers and e‑commerce.
• Experience with HighRadius or similar AR automation platform.
• Strong account reconciliations and month‑end close ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, credit, and collections teams; set priorities and develop bench strength.
• Own KPIs like DSO, aging, and auto‑code rates; report monthly to finance leadership.
• Modernize SOPs; drive NetSuite processes and automation improvements.
• Coordinate with offshore resources supporting credit; ensure continuity.
• Partner with Sales on trade allowances and net adjustments in NetSuite iTPM.
• Run monthly sales deductions reviews and quarterly high‑dollar claim reviews.
• Oversee billing accuracy, cash application, and remittance details.
• Manage daily relationship with factoring partner; handle disputes and liability reporting.
• Administer credit holds and risk analysis; own AR month‑end close and reconciliations.
• Represent receivables in audits; prepare schedules and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as HighRadius administrator and drive automation/tool enhancements.
