Job summary

PODS is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable leader to implement and manage customer service strategies within the AR department. You will design workflows to improve cash flow, reduce receivables, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues impacting customer service.

The role requires establishing procedures for invoicing, cash application and collections, managing billing policies, and driving KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience processing invoicing, cash application and collections.
• Knowledge of payroll review and submission processes.
• Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs in AR workflows.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement internal procedures for invoicing, cash application and collections.
• Manage AR policies and communicate with upper management on performance.
• Monitor productivity standards and set performance goals for the team.
• Oversee month-end close procedures and related reports.
• Provide training and development for staff and supervisors.
• Prepare daily collection reconciliation and ensure accuracy of client accounts.
