Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable leader in Texas to oversee chargebacks, deductions, and core AR functions including billing, cash application, and credit/collections support.

You will guide and develop a hands-on team, drive process improvements, and champion automation to optimize cash flow and customer/vendor compliance.

I’m working on a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable leader who really knows the ins and outs of chargebacks and deductions and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee key AR functions including chargebacks/deductions, billing, cash application, and credit & collections support, while helping improve processes and develop the team.

• Experience with billing, cash application, credit memos, and collections
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Advanced Excel skills
