Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Customer Service, Project Management, and other internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, credit issuance, and order-entry updates.
• Partner with the Credit & Collections team on dispute resolution and collection matters.
• Identify and implement AR process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present process-improvement recommendations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for billing and cash application.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
