Job summary

LHH in Benicia, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Regional Manager to lead a 4-person AR team, oversee billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations. The role includes credit reviews and driving process improvements with an eye toward automation.

Hybrid schedule with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM alignment. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (Associate's considered) and have advanced Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and strong customer service

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and Macros.
• Strong collections, customer service and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree considered.

Growing distribution company seeking an Accounts Receivable Regional Manager to lead a team of 4 AR Specialists and oversee billing, collections, cash applications, account reconciliations, credit review, and process improvements.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Hybrid)

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience


• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
