AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead in Bakersfield, CA to own aging, invoicing, and financial reporting across multiple business units.

Candidates must have 3+ years in AR and some lead experience; proficiency in MS Excel is required, with QuickBooks and inventory experience a plus. This is a temporary-to-hire role with a 7:30 AM-4:30 PM schedule, paying $25.00/hour to start.

• 3+ years of solid accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads and multiple priorities.
• QuickBooks and inventory experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and prepare accurate reports.
• Manage high-volume invoicing of approximately 2,500 invoices per month.
• Prepare operational reports, including fuel usage and equipment utilization.
• Serve as a key point of contact for reporting requests and account inquiries.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external business partners.
• Maintain accurate records and adapt to changing business needs.
