Easton Select Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead in West Bridgewater, MA to oversee daily AP operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and timely payments. The role emphasizes standardizing processes, improving visibility into liabilities, and scalable workflows to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of hands-on AP experience, strong ERP knowledge (NetSuite), and proven problem‑solving, analytical, and communication

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of hands‑on AP experience across multiple entities.
• Full AP cycle knowledge: invoicing, coding, approvals, payments, vendor maintenance.
• Experience reconciling vendor accounts and aging payables.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite) and AP automation.
• Strong controls, audit readiness, and fraud prevention.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
