Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to own the AR function and guide seven AR specialists across multiple markets. You will drive process improvements and standardize workflows with accounting leadership.

You will streamline cash application, enhance integration with banking lockboxes and billing systems, and support reporting while mentoring the AR team.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of accounts receivable experience.
• Supervisory, team leadership, or experience providing guidance to others.
• Experience improving accounting processes and working with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to seven AR specialists across multiple markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize AR processes, including customer credit approvals, delinquent account procedures, and collections workflows.
• Lead efforts to streamline cash application and improve integration between banking lockboxes, billing software, and accounting systems.
• Troubleshoot daily AR issues, reconcile accounts, assist with customer inquiries, and support accounts receivable reporting.
• Train sales teams and new AR employees on billing procedures, account coding, and delinquency review processes.
