Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or currently pursuing a degree with expected graduation within the next year.
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate invoices not paid and follow up with external and internal customers.
• Track and report on samples.
• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist in assembling data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management.
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and headquarters in Hong Kong.
